Dietary Restrictions

Non-meat and/or gluten-free options are available upon request, with notice required no later than the guarantee date.

Event Attendance

Most events require seven (7) days’ notice of the guaranteed minimum attendance. Thereafter, the client may increase the guaranteed attendance but not decrease it. If attendance surpasses the guaranteed minimum, the client pays for actual attendance.

For Plated Dinner service, the client is responsible for determining seating arrangements by meal and communicating such arrangements within seven (7) days of the event.

House Service

Yellowstone Kelly’s Catering provides setup, cooking, service equipment, quality disposable service ware, service personnel and cleanup as part of its basic house service. Guest tables may be provided with salt and pepper shakers and/or pitchers of ice water, depending on the needs of the event.

Though Yellowstone Kelly’s Catering can prepare and cook meals off-site for events, on-site preparation and cooking are preferred.

All menus are charged gratuity that Yellowstone Kelly’s Catering distributes to the event’s working employees in accordance with Montana law. A nonrefundable booking deposit is required to hold your event’s requested date.

First-time clients will pay cash on delivery on the day of the event. A 4% convenience fee will be charged on all Visa/MasterCard transactions. American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club and Yacht Aficionado cards are not accepted.

Rentals

Rental pricing includes all handling and cleaning of Yellowstone Kelly’s Catering rentals. The caterer will charge handling should the client utilize third-party rentals of chinaware, glassware or flatware.

Yellowstone Kelly’s Catering provides the following rentals as part of our house pattern:

Flatware: Forks, knives, teaspoons, dinner knives, steak knives (no partials)
Chinaware: 9½” dinner, 7” salad/dessert
Glassware: 10½ oz. water goblet, wine glass red, wine glass white, champagne flute, highball

Other rentals available upon request:

Linens: Subject to availability. Yellowstone Kelly’s Catering’s pricing does not include custom or specialty linens.
Generators: Pricing varies based on generator size and power needs.

Transportation

Based in Billings, Montana, Yellowstone Kelly’s Catering can provide social catering services throughout the Northern Plains and industrial catering services throughout the Western United States. Catering services outside of these areas will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.

If your event requires travel outside of the Billings area, this line item will be quoted based on individual needs of the event. Yellowstone Kelly’s Catering provides mobile kitchens and refrigerated trucks to prepare meals fresh on-site with food safety as the paramount consideration.
