We started as a Downtown Billings restaurant in 1981. Seven years later, we moved to catering full-time with a mobile kitchen. We worked our first fire camp during the 1988 Yellowstone fires—and fire response is still a core part of our work today.

We provide social and corporate event catering across Montana and incident catering services throughout the Western United States, and coordinate with other vendors as needed to get the job done.
We’ve been a USDA Forest Service National Caterer since 2005 and partnered with corporate and military clients, disaster relief sites, construction camps, feature films and more across the West.
